Insights not working
Hey I have a question regarding my insights. My audience insight haven't been working for over 2 months now. It just says I need to wait and that it can take 28 days but nothing popped up. I also tried to add a snap on my public story through the button. But nothing worked.
When I got my public profile everything worked fine but now it doesn't. Can someone help?

i think you are using business profile. This profile will not provide audience insights, quotes reply, and many more . I will ask you to make a spotlight profile. This profile is not for lens creator. Its only for business things . I myself also just switched on spotlight profile. Hope it helps .

How do I switch back to a spotlight profile?
Its bit difficult to explain you here . Search on YouTube maybe you get something . If not then let me know i will try to make a tutorial regarding this .

henrytv2 simply delete your business profile from phone never try to disconnect your account to business profile you may lose to create even spotlight profile so you’ve to delete profile from phone and then recreate!
