open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
- Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open

Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

When I searched for the “Red Rose” filter you’re talking about, it came up. Try re-searching for it again and see if it comes up.

Hm I'm not sure--I just searched myself in the Snapchat app on my phone and when I typed "Red Rose" it is the first result. The filter has red lips, clear skin and a red flower in the hair and it says it's by Snapchat.
