On this forum in Chrome the "Accept cookies" bar keeps showing up. I had just finished writing a post about something else when I couldn't click on submit button because it is below the freakin' cookie bar!
When I clicked "I Accept", all I wrote disappeared because the page reloads.
Now it is back again while I write this (see screenshot). Only the cross on the right works.
What system are you using?

I've had this happen to me a million times too, it's even worse on my phone since it takes up a larger portion of the screen. I figured the 'x' is just the only solution.
