Hey, I just tested it out and I don't have any problems with it. Maybe restarting would help? Could I see your objects panel please?
Hi Maya🦋
Thanks so much for your response.
So it works when the person takes a snap with their pet - but when I try it on the pet alone, it duplicates.
I'll post a screenshot
Hi Maya🦋
Please see below :)
Hey Alexa,
The elements are duplicating because you are mixing human and animal face tracking in the same Lens. Head binding (and other face tracking elements) track onto dog and cat faces when a more human face is not present. This results in two tracked elements when only a dog/cat face is present on camera. Our current advisement would be to not mix face tracking and pet face tracking in the same Lens.
Cheers,
Vincent
