Hey everyone!
I'm having issues opening a project a co-worker of mine has created. We are under the MB size limitation, and he has optimized the file. I'm currently in the most updated (v4.0.1) and have restarted the app, my computer, etc. Nothing seems to be working. Other co-workers have gotten the file open.
Any input would help, thank you!

you can check task manager and if Lens Studio is open try to end task. And then open Lens Studio 😀. Hope this helps

We won't be able to help till you share exactly what error you're getting, or is it just freezing or getting closed?

Currently, I open the project and there are no error messages. It just closes. Both when double-clicking to open, and opening through lens.
