scan snapcode for testing

I've been trying to use the scan snapcode feature for a month now so that I can push lenes to my phone and it hasn't been allowing me or anyone else to pair to it, every time I go to pair the box zooms away and it never works. I've tried uninstalling the software and the app several times the lens file size is under the max size and when I go to my snap settings on my phone and try to reset the paired connect it gives me an error has this happened to anyone else and how can I fix it I can't test anything other than by publishing the lens and I hate doing that so if you have any ideas please help me its been a month and I'm trying to publish something but I can't test it!!!

    Hey dritydrops

    you can fix this problem by logging out and repair your browser.   then uninstall Lens Studio and then install the latest version of lens studio 

    other thing you can do is clear Snapchat cache memory from your mobile and then try pairing your account again .

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
