my snapchat story problem

I want to create a video on tools like this webiste name totalsportek . to tell people on snap chat about my website how they are working . i am just going to tell viewer how they will use they tool based website in easy way but when i update my story it does not create and i tried 3 4 times but it did not work. 

any suggestion

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
