Snapchat bugged after Quick Start
I just got an iphone 12 pro, with 256 gb. I transferred all my data over to my new phone with no problem, and it basically looks identical to my iphone 7, 128 gb. Every single app works fine except for snapchat, which, for whatever reason, refused to open (i had a shortcut for it, the original app is missing). on the app store it shows a cloud with download symbol, and when i tap it it will load for a second and then go back to the same cloud symbol, and it doesn’t appear on my apps list in settings interestingly, the, when looking at my storage in settings, snapchat appears having 42 mb. However, when I try to delete or offload it, I’m left with a loading symbol and a grey, un-clickable “delete app” button. I’ve restarted my phone and force restarted it, to no success. Any idea where to turn next?
Hey,
I would recommend starting a live chat or a phone call with Apple. This is a question about their operating system. Here is a link that may be helpful.
** If you are in a location other than the UK, the link may refer you to the Apple store for your region **

Hope this helps.
