How will i get creator profile??

I am a snapchat lens creator. My lens goes more than total 1.2 million views and my subscribers are also more than 1500 but i didnt got creator profile. can anybody help me.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
