analytics problem

hey After the new update, we got the "new" website analytics that shows us our lenses views engagement, etc,  this seemed to be an upgrade from our last website.   The new analytic web page set my filters back and the overall amount of 20 Million views, and tens of millions for other creators that I have encountered.    This is all happening while when I check my profile in-app if displays the right amount of views, also to add on to the problems, when I release a filter the engagement shows up on my profile days before the analytic page ( and the analytic page displays the wrong numbers).   hope this gets fixed soon, at this point I and other creators rather rely on our profiles for data rather than the new website.  (the old website worked perfectly).

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
