Uploading To Communtiy

Once I made a creator profile I can no longer upload to the community lenses. It only shows me able to upload to business. Can I delete the business ad account? I had did the creator account since I didn't originally have the option shown to make a public profile. Now I have all of the newly uploaded lenses pending under the business 😢

    I was asking how would I delete the business ad account also. I looked through support, but I don't see how. I can only see how to remove ad members.

    I have never used a business account myself on Snapchat but I expect it is similar.

    If you go onto the gear symbol icon within the profile on Snapchat, on the same menu you can assign roles and scroll to the bottom it should say Deactivate Profile or something similar.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
