Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Minimum Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

There is no set amount of views/plays you need to get on your Lenses to become an Official Lens Creator.
Official Lens Creators are hand-picked creators by Snapchat. if they think that you are a good addition to their team, they will reach out to you. Currently, there is no way of applying to the Official Lens Creator program.

Hey Mike,thanks for this. I have created many lenses by watching your tutorials and youtube videos. You are Owesome. Thanks for this and keep updating us with more such content.
You can make certain the Lens starts offevolved within the rear camera by using configuring your undertaking data as such: 1. Click Project Info help at the pinnacle left. Note that the Lens Works On drop down permits you to set which digital camera needs to be open in Snapchat for the consumer to peer the Lens for your carousel.

The link Mike left is very useful and should help you with all your questions about the Official Lens Creator Program.
But on the side of getting one, it is more up to you just creating lenses and Snapchat will offer it to you if they feel you would be a good asset to the OLC program. Just keep creating high-quality lenses!
