Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Minimum Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

Hey @Hassanmofeed! That’s a really good question! I think if you have a certain version of Snapchat it will show up! In this scenario, views has nothing to do with whether it says “Lens Creator” next to your name! I hope this helps!

Hey Hsn4-4 Some accounts don"t have a yellow star for verification, like you see stories in discover section. These accounts are Creator profiles. Earlier snapchat verification was done like this and only accounts with 50K+ story views were given yellow star.

I know friends have more than 300k views on there stories they don’t have creator profile .. it’s kinda weird and something not clear
I contacted Snapchat support team yesterday and the answer wasn’t that much clear

Public Profiles allow Snapchatters to be discovered in the app and grant access to a handful of tools, such as Highlights, Lenses, and Subscriber count. Learn more about Public Profile features here. Right now, the full suite of Creator features are not available to all Snapchat accounts with Public Profiles enabled.
