[Fixed] I can't change my email address here

  • contact with support team by sending them a mail. Once i also faced this issue for my account Japanese knives and i contact with support team of lens studio. They sort out my issue in minutes

  • Try again after few hours maybe it works ..
    if not you can contact Snapchat support team it’s better for you .. as it goes under privacy information :)

    to be clear, I want to change email and password for my account in community forum not for snapchat account.

  • I figured it out, you need to reset password for the current community account email by clicking forgot my password, after that log in through email and the new password(not through google Auth) then change the email in your profile to receive verification email, click the link and done 👍
    Indeed if you signed up here through google Auth then you can’t change your email or password unless you click on forgot my password.

    this is happening due to third party sites cookies blocking.

  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
