Lens Rejected

    Sometimes that happens, have you tried resubmitting the Lens?
    Does the problem occur every time?

  • Hi , as it says the lens may contain personal identification such as personal email or phone number - check your lens again and re publish it after editing it - remove any personal identification -

  • Okay- So I faced the same error once-make sure you do not use any copyrighted words like Snapchat or any piece of information which is related to you or is personal.

  • Change the artist name on the song because it contains personal indentifiable information, and for any other lens the Lens Studio team will always send you the reason for the rejection.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
