i was wondering if some one could make a Frozen 2 or an elsa snap chat filter. one that moves or when you open your mouth it does something cool and fun to play around with. its for my daughter she is turning 3 and i am wanting to say Happy 3rd birthday. I'm sure the community would love to do this for you. however, as Frozen 2 is owned by Disney and a brand they are for sure going to have copyright legislation on every aspect possible.

Because of this, the only way a Frozen 2 lens is able to be made is by Disney contacting Snapchat asking for a branded lens to be created. As I am not fully familiar with this as that is more OLC territory I will mention one I have seen contributing that may be able to help further.

Technically Jay is correct, but I think Snap is a little more lenient with fan lenses nowadays. There is this existing Elsa lens that may work for you.
