  • hello. I also have the same issue. since Friday I made two lenses they went public but they have not been uploaded still on my public profile.

    Since multiple people are facing this exact problem recently, it's probably going to be a problem on Snapchat end. Not much you can do, other than wait. I'm sure Snapchat is already working on a fix for it. Please be patient ^^

  • I didn't really do anything immediately I payed the complain here, they allowed the lens show in less than 30 mins

    Also sometimes creating public profile takes hours or day to show and update your subscribers count ...

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
