lens not showing in profile after 24 hours

    • If you have friends who have the same problem as you, it must be a technical problem on the application, not a problem that comes from you. In this case, I advise you to wait for future updates.
    • Did you also try to send the lens again?
    • To avoid disturbing the Lens Studio team, use this solution only as a last option : send an email to the Lens Studio team with the ID of your lens and of course explain the problem in detail in the email

  • Use “ shake to report “ and write down your issue it will be solved quickly by Snapchat team

  • I used to think that I was suffering on my own, but the same problem I have is that it is a technical problem with Snapchat, I have uploaded about 3 filters and so far they have not appeared on my profile.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
