Image Picker removing Snapchat UI (Snap, Chat, Filter)

Hey guys,

I am currently experimenting with the Image Picker function.
My problem is that the person I sent the snap to no longer has the option to instantly reply to the snap.

This is how it looks on the receiving end (look at the bottom of the screenshot):

 

This is how it looks while taking the snap (top left is the chosen image from the gallery):

 

And this is how it should look like (I disabled the image picker texture for this screenshot):

 

For some reason the timer isn't effected by this but I have no clue why the bottom UI is missing while the image picker is active.
Does anyone have a clue?

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
