Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

For Snap Camera? if so no it's not possible Snap Camera only works with uploaded lenses.
It was on PC and saved on my favorites. The program crashed and the lens disappeared. I did save the code because it was my favorite lens. It's by snap inc.

They must’ve removed it, most of snap inc lenses/filter are being removed from snap camera and you won’t be able to get them back
Ok I am willing to learn the lens program just so I can recreate it!!! Lol if I create a lens can I use the lens right away or does it have to go through something?
You can upload it and it takes about anywhere from 1minute - 1hour
But it stays forever
