Hi Saad Al-Faridi,
This typically happens to a Lens Preview (Snap or Video), if the Aspect Ratio of the File isn't 9:16. The Best Preview size (Simulation) from Lens Studio to Export with is the iPhone 8 Simulation as it goes by the 9:16 Aspect Ratio. So Depending on the Preview Media you use whether Snap or Video, you'll be able to export it via the iPhone 8 Simulation (9:16 Aspect Ratio), hopefully without major tweaking to the media, if you need to fix it you can do so via a Legacy Billboard or Screen Image, hope this helps.
Happy Snapping,
John
