Preview on phone not working

  • In lens studio Menu Bar choose ( pairing > Disconnect) then reconnect your device ! Solved %100 , i see this problem many times, i solve it this way !

  • I tried that, it didn't work. Reinstalling did though, thank you anyway.

    I would suggest  restarting your phone or either closing and reopening snapchat . Try that  and let me if it works.

  • I have tried every single thing on this thread (deleted Lens Studio on my computer, reinstalled, deleted the app on my phone, reinstalled), but nothing seemed to work. Any advice in 2022? :)

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
