MP4 Volume Keeps Auto Resetting To 0

Hoping someone can help me with this as I am beyond frustrated and not sure what to do. I dragged my MP4 file into the resources section. I have autoplay selected. When ever I drag the volume slider it keeps jumping back to 0. When I finally get it to stay at 100, if I select anything else in the resources section then go back to the MP4, the volume slider is at 0 again.

Up in the objects section I have the MP4 up there via a Image Object. When the video plays if the volume does stay at 100 in the resources then the audio plays with the video and when it keeps setting itself automatically back to 0, the audio doesn't play.

When I do get the audio to play because the volume stayed at 100 and I send the lens to my phone, the audio isn't playing. Is this a bug or a common issue or is there something I am missing? Is there a way to maybe bypass the volume slider in the resources section and do it via a script?

If autoplay isn't selected then it allows me to adjust the volume slider and it stays where I place it. But with autoplay not selected the video won't play. Thank you in advance for any help you guys can provide!
