Can't scroll down

  • Solved. Saw an old post elsewhere suggesting use of a trackpad was the problem. I'm on a laptop with trackpad. I tried disabling the trackpad driver in device manager and found that the mouse scroll wheel was now working in Lens Studio and Snap Camera. Upon rebooting and automatic reinstalling of the trackpad the scroll wheel was still being recognized. It seems that the trackpad driver had to be reinstalled in order to get along with the Snap programs.  

    Seems like it should be an easy, at least doable, bug fix for Snap. Hopefully this helps laptop users en lieu of a bug fix.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
