Can't scroll down
Neither Snap Camera or Lens Studio load with a scroll bar to scroll down, at least in Windows. The programs load with what lens and templates in their little rectangles that will fit on the first screen, but there's no way of scrolling down to select the rest. Neither will the keyboard scroll keys, or a mouse scroll wheel work. Clicking along the edge does not produce a scroll bar. Note that I have not mentioned trying to use a trackpad, which someone thought was the problem in a previous response to the question. You can finesse it in Snap Camera by selecting the lens on the bottom right and advancing, but nothing works with Lens Studio.
There have been other posts pointing out the same problem but the responses indicate confusion with the plain description of the problem, so I'm guessing it isn't a problem for Mac-ers. There must some Windows users out there though who've figured something out.
Solved. Saw an old post elsewhere suggesting use of a trackpad was the problem. I'm on a laptop with trackpad. I tried disabling the trackpad driver in device manager and found that the mouse scroll wheel was now working in Lens Studio and Snap Camera. Upon rebooting and automatic reinstalling of the trackpad the scroll wheel was still being recognized. It seems that the trackpad driver had to be reinstalled in order to get along with the Snap programs.
Seems like it should be an easy, at least doable, bug fix for Snap. Hopefully this helps laptop users en lieu of a bug fix.
