when downloading again after install it pops ups with a white screen for the program and a smaller popup that says "Your lens project was not saved properly during your last session. A project backup has been found. would you like to recover it?" however i cant click anything without it freezing.
and yes i assure you my system hardware and drivers are all up to date.

Some templates are heavy when it comes to resource usage so maybe don't click recover and avoid that template look at the test manager when opening and using that template and determine what it is that way.
