Lens Studio Won't Launch

I don't know what's the issue but Lens studio won't launch on my system. It did worked initially for some days but then it stopped working. No error nothing, I can see it running in Task Manager but can't make it to launch screen. It's constantly consuming around 499MB of memory. Things I have tried so far -

  • Running Lens Studio with Administrator privileges
  • Closing it from task manager and running again
  • Uninstalled and Reinstalled latest version of the studio

My System configuration is as follows with GTX 1950Ti Graphics

    Hi Krunal, I've had an issue similar to this before, my old laptop ran out of space causing lens studio to not start, I deleted a bunch of useless files and it started working again. Not sure if it's the same situation for you though

    Glad to hear it fixed your problem, however in my case I have plenty of free storage on my hard drive 700 gigs+ and I did try installing both on my HDD as well as SSD with no luck :/

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
