Snap camera crashing in Zoom
Hello
I am supporting a production of Midsummer Night's Dream. We will be preforming on Zoom Webinar (Jan 24-30th), we have 10 panelists (Actors) and all except one are able to use the snap camera as their input video camera. The one who is having problems in using an HP Laptop 15-da0xxx, running windows 10, her cpu is using a core i3-70204 and graphics card is intel HD graphics 620.
The actors are controlling their presence in a scene by turning on and off their video cameras. They are using the snap camera to give them backdrops, weather and personal props (like fairy wings). With the panelist in question, half the time when she turns on her video, the snap camera crashes (0r fails to load, or fails to initialize - I am not sure what is happening technically) and we just see the snap camera logo, even when the snap camera feed is visible and working in the snap camera app (and this also happens when the snap camera app is just running in the background)
We have gone through these 21 things together with no luck.

We have also tried ideas to make zoom run using less resources, as the CPU usage seems to be the issue.
We wondered if you had any further ideas to make it work.
Help would be appreciated
