Snapchat camera doesn't work on mac

Hey guys, I've got both the latest version of the snap camera app (1.11.0) and on my Microsoft teams app (1.3.00.33671.) on my macbook. 

When i go to my settings from teams he indicates that the snapchat camera is not available (it is not listed) the only available option is my FaceTime HD camera.   

I've tried restarting the apps and my macbook, i've downloaded teams on my laptop as an app, i've tried re-installing the apps and watched multiple videos of what can be wrong but it still does not work, please help me!

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
