If you go to "My Lenses" you can choose your lens and click on "Share Lens". This link should redirect the user to your lens.
as @SirQu3ntin has said that way works as well as if you’re on your device and want to share a lens all you have to do is tap the little (i) icon in the top left corner of a lens and it will bring up several options, hope this helps :)
