Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

Do you have the right "requirements"?

Yes I meet all of the system requirements by quite a decent amount to utilize Snap Camera. No crash report is ever generated and no error messages occur, It just forces the camera to freeze until I click off the filter. After clicking off the filter it immediately freezes the application and crashes. After crashes it also continues to run in the background until I force close it with Task Manager.
My drivers are also currently up to date and my Windows 10 is also running on the latest build.
I have also tried downloading previous versions of snap camera to see if it fixes or changes the issue, but it has had no effect.
I also found out that starting a recording through the snap camera application has the same effect.
