Lens Error

Most of my recent lenses, created this month, have issues using them. For example, I asked my friend to use one of my recent lenses and an error occurred (Refer to the image below).

I assumed it wasn't working for them because of their wifi. But, if it didn't work, why would it be on the trending page? I then proceeded to ask another friend and they had the same issue. Does anyone know what's happening? My lenses from 3 months ago works perfectly fine for them.

    Im not sure why your friends get an error message, but i wanted to let you know that it works perfectly fine on my smartphone.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
