Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

I've also noticed this, I don't think there is a way to fix this at the moment. Idk if its a new feature or a bug, I would suggest contacting snap support
Snap support didn't replied, actually its a server connection problem.

I would have suggested to contact the Snapchat Support Team, but as ive seen you already did that. Another Solution would be deinstalling and installing the Snapchat App, again. Unfortunetly that the only solution i have found about this issue :/
