Hello,
My published lenses are not appearing on the Snapchat Camera application for windows or mac.
Is there any way I can get them to show up?
They are on my public profile here but aren't listed when go to search for them on the Snapchat Camera.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

Usually, if the lens is new or recently uploaded it takes a little bit for snap to update and show the lens when searching for them, if it doesn't show up after a day or two I would contact snap and ask them about it. More than likely though it just hasn't updated because it's new.

are you sure that when you uploaded them you didn’t accidentally press “do not promote” ?
