Offline mode

I was making m new filter really late and I put it into offline mode and it said in review and will get a nonfiction in when it will be done review but when now it says offline and I cannot press on it and press public, not sure why it isn't coming up and when i even try to delete it the setting icon is crossed out? I emailed support but not sure when they will get back in touch with me. From what i remember when i uploaded my first filter it took about 30 minutes - 1 hour for it to be accepted. If anyone can help me with this will be much appreciated!:)

    Try updating it instead of trying to change the settings if it

    Ok thank you I updated it and it is in review instead of being in a limbo state. Thank you I never even thought of doing this!

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
