AUDIO DOESN'T WORK

Hi I created a Portal Lens with audio when you enter it. I followed your Portal tutorial on Youtube. For some reason the audio doesn't work neither on my MacBook Pro nor my Iphone 11. It is MP3, mono and only 5 sec. long. I am positive the volume is on. I tested it playing music on other software.

When I click autoplay Loop I start hearing it. But it only works on my laptop. Entering/exiting portal script doesn't seem to have any effect on it.

 

Would appreciate some help!

    Also I need the sound to be a perfect loop. But it seems like Lens Studio adds this weird little silence at the end of the track. So it never actually sounds like a loop. A very very very short one but still noticeable.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
