Using Face Landmarks to attach unique eyelash image to eyelids

Hi! I am trying to figure out a way I can attach a unique eyelash image.onto the eyelids and have it move with the opening and closing of eyes. I figured the face landmarks template could help me out. I am trying to figure out how i can attach this eyelash image onto the eyelids and have it in the darkened blend mode. If you can help me do this using this technique or any other technique you know that would be great! I want to put a more realistic cute looking eyelash instead of the chunky ugly eyelash default in the makeup template. If you can do a snapchat video call with me to point out what to do that would be great because its pretty complicated.
