Lens studio won't start on my Win 10 PC

  • Sounds like a system issue if its becoming non-reponsive you sure your CPU isn't being eaten up by something else?

  • Hey @...

Check in the task manager, if lensstudio is using too much resources or so. If no then something else is the problem i think.

  • Neither CPU, RAM or GPU are over 10% of their max. This is about Lens Studio for sure. Even after closing absolutely everything else I can't run it, but I have no problem running AAA games that are very resource heavy.

  • Same problem. Last time opened Lens studio offline, but can't open it another time.

  • Go to C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Local\Snap\Lens Studio and delete/remove all of the contents. I'm sure there's a specific file in there that is causing the issue but the only drawback I can see from just deleting everything is that your recent files list in LS is wiped. All your project files will still be intact.

  • Same problem here. It didn't work never.

v3.3.3 isn't working for me in Windows 10. Loading up to 6 Mb and nothing after. I've to kill proccess in Task Manager of Windows 10 Home 20H2 updated.

    It's occurs in two PC's:

Lenovo desktop with AMD A12-9800 RADEON R7 proccessor, 8GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GT730 graphic card.

HP portable with Intel i7 proccesor, 16GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GT750M and Intel HD Graphics 4600 as graphic cards.

Please, help with this. Thanks in advance.

I can't because folder Lens Studio isn't created on that location.
