Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
Still, we hear you loud and clear, and are logging the issue in case there's ever a workaround we can provide!

Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+

Keep an eye out for a followup email from us. We may have a couple more questions for you, or we might already have a solution to offer.
Happy creating!
Click on the object in the 3D plane in which it'll select it from there. Just adjust the scale.
Thank you for your reply I can scale up the normal way but when I hook it into the spawn it snaps to a small size and I cannot adjust it very much
like reference pic it goes from the size you see on the left in 3D panel to what you see on the right when spawn no matter how large I make it on the left in 3D panel and with scale sliders max out.
Thanks again probably something I'm not seeing I really appreciate your help.
Can you send me the download to the project because I can't find the template you're looking at
I believe Samuel is referring to this template
lensstudio.snapchat.com/templates/world/lidar-enabled-templates
The template is great, but I'm also very confused on how the scaling works. Some things I would like:
- Variability, so each spawned item can be a different random size. same with rotation.
- ability for spawned objects to always face the camera (billboarding I believe is the term)
- growth rate - I'd like to control how fast the spawned objects grow
I ask all this as a man who knows very little about the material editor.
Hi! did anyone solve this issue with the scaling? I am experiencing the same thing it is very annoying.
I think I found a solution but I am not sure if this is the right way to do it. It might be just a very stupid idea but it looks like it works. So if you scale the original object in which ever 3D software you use (I use Maya) and then import it, it looks bigger in Lens Studio as well even when you apply the Instanced Object Material. Please let us know if you know a better solution. Cheers!
