  • Sometimes updating Lenses takes longer than submitting a new one but if it's still upon review, then email support.

    State your issue on the email, the lens ID, which you can find under the Snapcode.

    Same here, one lens was in review for a few days and others lenses got live within some hours.

    For me i just waited a few days and it worked for me xD

  • yes i have the similar issue with my new and the previous lenses so many times i think its a bug type error that is causing the lenses they have to clear this error  read about it in anarticle that many people are facing this issue

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
