Latest version 3.2 is not working for me

  • yes i’ve try reinstall many times old version works but new one didn’t! know i’m using old version

  • As I told you earlier, Try the following things:

    • Running Lens Studio as Administrator
    • Rebooting your PC
    • Re-Installing Lens Studio
    • Reset your PC

    If none of them works,

    You can Email the Lens Studio Team at lensstudio-support@snapchat.com                                          or Throw Away your PC and get a new one :)

    P.S: I was kidding about the throwing away thing.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
