I saw a post a while ago in this forum which showed how you can switch between different post effects with some buttons like this:
I know this Lens is from Instagram but I have seen many lenses like these on Snapchat too! It would be great if someone can help me find that forum or provide me a tutorial from where I can learn how to do it.

There is no actual IU to do what you want to do!
But what you can't do is create images, in the shape of a round button if you want and then assign them a behavior to turn them into a button.

Actually, there is a Snapchat UI that allows you to create buttons but it's the same principle I just told you. But the buttons will be square or rectangular but not round.
