Hi Senbagasree,
What kind of computer do you have and what year did you buy it?
There are two quick fixes I can think of right now:
1) Go to the bottom left of your screen in your Windows Search Bar and type "Device Manager" and click "Enter". Once you are there, find "Display Adapters" and click on the little arrow to the left. This should make an indented bar appear below it. RIGHT CLICK the new bar that appeared, then click "Update Driver". Restart your computer and try to run lens studio again.
2) Try downloading DriverBooster off of the internet and run it to update all of the drivers on your computer, which also might fix the issue.
3) Uninstall and reinstall Snap Camera
Happy Lens Creating!
