Thanks for submitting this issue.
Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
Still, we hear you loud and clear, and are logging the issue in case there's ever a workaround we can provide!
Minimum Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher
We'll try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks for letting us know about it!
Keep an eye out for a followup email from us. We may have a couple more questions for you, or we might already have a solution to offer.
Happy creating!
Lens Studio has an automatic inbuilt save system which saves your projects without you having to save it just follow the directory below and put your pc name instead
C:\Users\YOURPCNAMEl\AppData\Roaming\Snap\Lens Studio\Autosaves
or you can do
Windows+R which opens up Run
then type in %appdata%
find Snap folder
click Lens Studio after clicking Snap
then there's your autosaves folder
Hey Camila Gómez
Does this problem occur just one time or more often?
Maybe your system requirements are too low. You can find a link about it by clicking here .
But the issue may also be an issue of lensstudio. Re- Installing Lensstudio should fix it most of the time.

Same problem. I have a recently installed Lens Studio v4.0.1 and the problem seems to occur after I step away from the computer and the computer goes to sleep. When the computer wakes up again after some time has passed, projects stop saving. If I try to save, the message "Project saved" never appears in the logger. Lens Studio will then hang if I try to close and needs to be terminated from the task manager. The only workaround seems to be to shut down and relaunch after returning to the computer, before I do any more work.
