Account verification and appreciation for Lens creators
My name is Tom and i'm currently a lens creator. I have made many lenses and all them have gotten over 100k views and plays. My most successful lenses have gotten over 11 million views and plays. My account currently has 26.8 million interactions. I have been 3rd on the Face page and 2nd on the trending page. Lost of people have complemented my work and was proud of my progress. i felt so good that people were viewing my work and thought it was good. I was so proud of myself that i put in an application to become a OLC (official lens creator) but it was denied. It brought my confidence down so much that i stopped making lenses. After a couple of months i got the confidence to start making more lenses and they became my most successful lenses. The main reason i started to make them again was i loved to make new things and see my creations grow and see that people valued my work. My goal is to become a OLC and i won't stop at anything till i become one. This morning i had a notification pop up on Snapchat and saw that i was getting a public profile. I was so excited. I thought I was becoming a OLC. My heart was pounding so hard because I was so exited. After a little while i found out that it was available for everyone. I felt so angry that i got my hopes up and thought Snapchat actually valued my work. I basically just had no motivation and didn't want to make lenses for a company that doesn't value my work but i love making lenses and will keep doing it and maybe one day Snapchat will appreciate my work and verify me. I would also love if everyone that sees this liked it so Snapchat will see this. Thank you all for your help and hope u see my lenses on the trending page soon.

First of all, i really like it that you put so much effort into making creative lenses. I can totally understand you, i was also sad that my application for OLC got denied a few months ago where i made like 4 lenses and stopped creating lenses for a bit.
But you have to realise its not just about getting verified. Snpachat values the work of everyone. However there are many Creators just like you who also want to get verified and have many views on the lenses. But the OLC program is not just about the views. Its about creativity, innovation, etc.
To put in a nutshell i really appreciate your enthusiasm going into Snapchat and i hope you will make more cool lenses like you already do. Anyway Snapchat cannot give "everyone" the verification as there are hundreds and thousand of creators with many million views all around the world. Hopefully you still be embitious and eager to create more lenses.🙈
If you just keep it up and strenghten your creativity even more, iam sure that they will come after you :D

Keep up the work, don't worry about getting verified. If you have millions of views on your lens, don't take that for granted.
There are people starting today and struggle with only getting 10 views or no interraction at all.
So appreciate what you have! :)
