Hey this is very possible with no programming, by just using Tweens. I'll walk you through exactly how to do this with your image object.
First, click the plus arrow on top of the objects panel go to helper scripts, and click "Tween Manager." Then, uncheck the "Examples [REMOVE_ME]" object under the Tween Manager and drag it to the top of the objects panel so it renders first. After you have the Tween Manager in the objects panel, click on the image object, and in the inspector panel, click add component and then select "script." Then, click on "add script" and choose "TweenAlpha" under the Tween, tween types folder.
Once you have the script added, you can move the "start" and "end" lever to wherever you want the movement to start and stop. If you want it to happen multiple times, you can adjust the "loop type" to whatever you like the best. Also, if you only want this to happen after the user does something, click on "initialized" and change it to whatever you want.
I've also made you an example project, to demonstrate how to do this tween movement. You can download and test it out by clicking here.
