Lens Stats Frozen

  • Same here, mine are stuck at 45.18 million. Its stuck at that number nearly for 2 weeks now xD

    But the statistics of each lens itselves works perfectly fine.

  • Hi Avery, this has been mentioned earlier on a few other posts, but the main reason why Insights aren’t working on both Snapchat and Lens Studio, is because Snapchat is updating / fixing / rolling out “Public Profiles” but for everyone, which should be happening soon, this has been very frustrating for many users, but this is what we’re currently having to go through while / till they roll out the new profiles.

    The issue has now been resolved. Keep in mind that total statistics update once a day while individual Lens statistics update every thirty minutes. Let me know if you continue to have issues with your Lens statistics.
