[Tutorial] How To Create the Animated/Moving Film Grain Effect
Hello everyone,
Today I am going to show you how to recreate the popular Animated/Moving Grain Effect. The reason we do this and not use a premade short video of this animation is because there is a 4MB limit of a lens size and even if we compress a video to that size the quality will not be that good...

Step 1:
Drag the "Bleart Animated Grain.lso" file from your Explorer/Finder in the Orthographic Camera
Step 2:
Select the "Grain" Screen Image to adjust the Blend Mode and Alpha to your liking.
With the texture that I gave you, you can technically use every Contrast Blend Mode, but I recommend using either Overlay or Soft Light.
Step 3 (Optional) - Change the Grain texture with other ones that you have...
