Snap Camera - Blank Featured/Top Community Lenses + No Search Bar

  • Thanks ItzJustSamuel, but it remains like this for more than just a couple of minutes.

    Sometimes it loads immediately with no issues and other times this is how it looks like when opening the software.

  • Well my advise would be to reinstall it if that doesn’t help then you need to clear your systems cache to speed up your computer so applications work better

  • Thanks ItzJustSamuel, did both suggestions but unfortunately the lenses are still blank upon opening the Snap Camera software.

  • Unfortunately I have the same situation... the whole screen is completely "blank" and the app doesn't load any lenses.

  • I tried reinstalling it, tried it on a laptop, same result... I'll try it on a third machine, but there's little chance it will work.

    I guess something in general might be wrong with it, but what could it be?

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
