How to change blend mode of masked person

I'm trying to learn how to do similar effect as this lens by Marky Mark:

I can do the masked cutout using the segmentation template Got the full background image, changed the eye color, added the face mask overlay, and the only thing I can't seem to figure out is how to make the person on camera blend with the background like a ghost. Can anyone point me to a tutorial or give me some hints on what I might need to do to get this effect?

Also is there a way to reach out directly to lens creators so I can ask them questions? There are so many awesome effects that I'd love to be able to pick peoples brains on how they did what they did.

    try this trick

    use the same background in a new screen  image to hide every thing

    and change alpha to 0.2 then you will got it
