Webcam Lens not working During Trampolining

Hi community,

I am Mario Kring. Yesterday me and my some friends playing games on my backyard trampoline. During this I am using my helmet camera to capture my all games. But during playing my cam stuck off and didn't capturing any video.

When I check my camera after playing its not working. And nay stuff in it. Its soo sad for me because we are playing with fun and we enjoy a lot. But capture these moments. Now the problem is that I don't understand whats the problem with that. Any one here can guide me whats the problem with my helmet camera. 

I see my camera lens is not on its place, I think my camera lens is damage. Please share your thinking about it and solution also. Thanks in advance.

    Do you mean that your camera of your SmartPhone or GoPro is broken?

    Or do you mean your own lens? If thats the case, please provide the Lens-ID and screenshot which can describe the problem a bit further.

    I used helmet camera DJI Osmo Action but now its not working. I don't understand whats the problem with that.

    Sorry to hear that, but this forum is for the assistance of the application Lens Studio or Snap Camera. Contact the company of the device that's broken and ask for a replacement or just buy a new lens or replace it. That's as much as I can help.

    Thats what i was curious about. Maybe you got mixed up by the name of this software. But Lens Studio is for Snapchat Lenses.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
